Scheduled Verifications: Continuous Proof for Ongoing Access

One-time proof-of-funds is not enough for ongoing financial relationships. Scheduled Verifications introduce recurring, policy-driven reverification for wallet access.

One-time verification works for one-time decisions. But many financial relationships are not one-time decisions. If a lender, underwriter, or institutional counterparty relies on wallet ownership over weeks or months, proof needs to stay current.

A wallet signature confirms control at a moment in time. It does not confirm continued control over the life of a credit line, onboarding process, or compliance review. That is the gap Scheduled Verifications are designed to close.

Scheduled Verifications Are Now Live

Accredifi now supports recurring wallet ownership reverification through policy-based schedules. Instead of treating verification as a static event, institutions can define how often reverification is required and how overdue access should be handled.

Each schedule can include recurrence rules, timezone handling, due-soon windows, grace periods, and enforcement actions when reverification is missed. Schedules can be attached when access is created or applied to existing wallet access records, allowing teams to move from ad hoc follow-up to consistent lifecycle management.

Under the hood, each access transitions through explicit verification states, and each reverification event is recorded to a durable audit trail. No custody is introduced, no assets are moved, and private keys are never exposed. Ownership is simply re-proven on schedule.

Why This Matters

Crypto-backed underwriting and compliance workflows are increasingly continuous, not static. Institutions need confidence that access remains valid after initial verification, especially when collateral, eligibility, or risk posture depends on wallet control over time.

Scheduled Verifications make that possible by replacing manual check-ins with policy-driven automation. Teams can define clear operating boundaries such as monthly reverification, notification windows, and automatic suspension or revocation if access lapses. The result is predictable enforcement that does not depend on manual reminders or individual operator judgment.

This also improves evidentiary quality. Each reverification captures trigger source, timestamp, and outcome linked to the relevant wallet access, producing structured records that are useful for internal controls, compliance reviews, and audits.

The Infrastructure Layer

Scheduled Verifications are available on the Growth plan and above, alongside API and webhook support. Teams can use reverification and enforcement events in their existing operational and compliance workflows without relying on manual follow-up.

This extends Accredifi from point-in-time ownership proof to continuous verification infrastructure: a model where self-custody remains intact while institutional assurance remains current.

Sovereignty and Assurance

The principle does not change. Users keep control of their assets. Institutions receive reliable, verifiable signals. Accredifi provides the verification layer between both sides.

Scheduled Verifications do not add custody. They add operational discipline.
